About IPLFC

The Premier Conference for Public Library Fundraising

An initiative of the Library Support Network

Now entering its 11th year, the International Public Library Fundraising Conference (IPLFC) unites foundation leaders, development professionals, and library executives from across the U.S. and Canada. Join us June 6–8, 2027, at the Madison Public Library in Madison, Wisconsin, to connect with peers, exchange proven strategies, and strengthen the future of library fundraising.

Building on the momentum of our 10th conference, the 2027 gathering will bring together professionals from across the field to explore what’s next for public library fundraising in an era of new challenges and opportunities.

A Decade of Connection and Impact

Co-founded in 2017 by The Seattle Public Library Foundation and Carl Bloom Associates, IPLFC has evolved into the leading forum for learning, collaboration, and sector advancement. Each conference delivers an agenda packed with practical sessions, case studies, and peer exchange—covering topics such as fundraising, advocacy, board engagement, storytelling, and communications strategies.
